Who am I buying from and what is the cause behind Red Nose Day?

Merchmaker Ltd has partnered up with Comic Relief USA to supply all of their officially licensed merchandise.

Any orders placed through the Comic Relief USA website are solely managed by Merchmaker Ltd. We are responsible for the entire process, from placing an order on the website all the way through to delivery. 

100% of net proceeds goes to the Red Nose Day Fund to support Comic Relief USA's mission to end child poverty. Net proceeds is the gross total raised, minus merchandise production and administrative costs.

Who is Merchmaker?

Merchmaker Ltd sells licensed branded merchandise for some of the biggest names in entertainment and sports. We work with different companies to bring customers 100% officially licensed merchandise from their favorite brands, in the best possible quality.

How do I contact you?

Please contact us directly via our email - rednosedayshop@merchmaker.com with your questions and order number (if you’ve placed an order).

The Merchmaker team is always happy to help and are available to answer your queries. Generally, we allow 48 hours for a response and always aim to offer a resolution within a 7 day period.

How do I change or cancel my order?

To cancel or make amendments, please contact us as quickly as possible via our email at rednosedayshop@merchmaker.com and we will do our best to complete your request.

Please note: our items generally go into print within the first 24 hours, once the product has been sent for printing, amendments or cancelations are not possible.

What are your delivery costs?

All of our items are manufactured in the US, on high quality garments and base products, and shipped directly to the customer through UPS and USPS. Please allow 5 - 7 working days for your items to arrive. Shipping costs to the US start at Price: $4.99. 

How long till I receive my order?

From the point of order, 5 - 7 business days are allowed for any of our items to be delivered. In busier periods or if we experience any print delays, we will always warn you via email. Should your order not arrive within that time, please contact us immediately at rednosedayshop@merchmaker.com, we would be happy to provide more detail on the status of your order.

Do you ship outside the US?

Unfortunately we cannot offer international shipping at this time.

What is your returns policy?

We hope you are delighted with your purchase and we do our best to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. If a product is faulty or damaged, please email us at rednosedayshop@merchmaker.com as soon as possible. We can then offer an appropriate resolution. If the quality issue can be illustrated with images, make sure to send these over as this will speed up the process.

Do I have to pay postage if I return an order?

Yes, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the product to us.

We always need to authorize a return. To request the postal address, please email us at rednosedayshop@merchmaker.com.

How will I get my refund?

A refund is processed via the same payment method you originally used. Refunds will return to your credit/debit card or PayPal Account. Please allow 5 - 7 working days to receive your refund.
