Our team are always happy to help and are available to answer your queries via email. Generally, we allow 48 hours for a response and always aim to offer a resolution within a 7 day period.

If a product is faulty or damaged, please email us at email@example.com as soon as possible. Sometimes a return is not necessary or (in some cases) not an option.
We can then offer an appropriate resolution. If the quality issue can be illustrated with images, make sure to send these over as this will speed up the process. We always need to authorize a return.
As all of our items are printed on-demand, we can only accept returns if there has been a production issue.
